Bachelor of Arts - International Business
The B.A. degree in International Business at Colorado Heights University
provides a firm foundation for career advancement. A truly global
perspective is provided in the classroom due to the eclectic mix of
students from around the world. This offers ample opportunities
for students to discuss and work with peers from more than 30 countries
on such topics as finance, economics, marketing, management skills
and ethical codes of conduct, thereby framing curriculum within a
global perspective.
In addition to foundational concepts and tools, students gain the communication, analytical and leadership skills and knowledge that are needed to succeed in management. Students are taught the dynamics of multinational and multicultural business environments that enable them to succeed in the global marketplace. Time management and organizational skills along with relevant case studies are implemented throughout the program. Practical application is further emphasized through field excursions and internships. Graduates from our International Business Program are well prepared for career choices in such diverse fields as Account Management, Marketing Project Management, Business Development, Consulting, Operations Management and International Trade.
Within the Bachelors in International Business Program, students can also direct their course of study within minor concentrations that suit their individual career interests. These can include but are not limited to: Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Communication, English, and International Trade.
