Our multi-level "Intensive English Program" has small, friendly classes with an average of 12-15 students per class. In our classes you will study listening, speaking, grammar, reading, and writing in an open, interactive environment, often with multiple teachers. This allows students to speak and ask questions with other students from many different countries. TOEFL preparation is available at the low advanced and high advanced levels.
A balanced curriculum is emphasized in all classes. You will improve your listening and speaking by controlled conversations with exercises as well as in free conversational activities. Students learn and practice grammar with rules and then in context, by using it in speaking and writing.
All students are tested and placed in the appropriate level classes. We encourage students to progress as quickly as they feel comfortable. At the present, students are permitted to take the placement exam twice each semester. If students test to the next level, they are free to move up.
