The campus of over 76 acres sits at the highest point in the cosmopolitan city of Denver, offering panoramic views of the metropolitan area and the majestic Rockies as a background. CHU facilities are available for rental to the community. The CHU Events Center offers year-round facilities for conferences and special events. The CHU campus has several meeting spaces including the university theater, a state-of-the-art facility that seats 999.

Theater
The Theater at Colorado Heights University
is a classic proscenium theater gem, with a large stage and wings,
two featured dressing rooms plus 59-mirror make up room, orchestra
pit, full technical capabilities, and a seating capacity of nearly
1,000. It is a wonderful venue for concerts and performances, dance
recitals and competitions, speakers and graduations, seminars and
conferences, special events of all kinds. Convenient parking is adjacent
to the theater.

Historic Chapel
For nearly 100 years, Our Lady of Loretto Chapel
has been the site for many perfect weddings. It is a very popular
site for weddings, concerts, baptisms, confirmations, and memorials.
The chapel is designated as a historic landmark, and is a wonder of
old-world style and elegance with 23 beautiful stained-glass windows,
wooden pews of seating for 200, and a 60-foot long center aisle. A
1923 pipe organ is in the balcony, and a grand piano is near the altar,
